We would like to extend our congratulations the Page County High School Varsity Girls Basketball team on a great season! Although they lost to Greensville at State 51-39 on Friday March 1st, they had a lot of accomplishments this year; won 24 games (possible school record). They won every home game. They were regular season District champs and District Tournament champs (14 years since that's been done). Class 2 Region B runner up. Qualified for the state tournament (14 years since that's been done). Six seniors will be playing in the all-star game March 17th.
In their loss to Greensville; Lauren Williams 16 points; Leah Hilliard 8 points and 9 rebs; Sarah Southers 6 points; Abbey Nauman 5 points; Caris Lucas 3 points and 8 rebounds.
