Shenandoah has a new business that just opened today August 21, 2017 Jessnails They are located at 507 First Street, Suites G & H in the old Mill Building.
Her hours will be: By appointment only
Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
