The Virginia Department of Transportation is conducting lane closures on U.S. 340 next week for bridge work. Crews will start working on the bridge over Naked Creek at the Rockingham-Page county line Monday morning August 28 and will conduct alternating lane closures. The work is scheduled for weekdays from 7 am to 7pm through September 15.
