On Saturday March 31, 2018 a work crew from Holtzman Oil Corp. installed a large flag pole in front of the Shenandoah Exxon Gas Station. They also installed a Greenlee LED in ground light in the base of the flagpole to illuminate the American Flag at night.

Per US Flag Code, §6. Time and occasions for display:

a. It is the universal custom to display the flag only from sunrise to sunset on buildings and on stationary flagstaffs in the open. However, when a patriotic effect is desired, the flag may be displayed twenty-four hours a day if properly illuminated during the hours of darkness.
