Congratulations to Caleb Buckley as he made history at Page County Technical Center as the first student in the PCTC Welding program to successfully complete BOTH Stick (SMAW) & TIG (GTAW) certifications! Congratulations also go out to instructor Andy Austin, whom we hear is an awesome teacher!
