Have you ever driven by Big Gem Pond in Shenandoah and wondered how they get it to look so blue? The secret is out; they pump the dye thru the fountain! On May 13, 2015, T.A. Pendleton, III and Alice Pence performed some minor repairs to the water fountain at the park. Both T.A. & Alice are water and wastewater treatment operators for the town. Both are very talented people that the town is very lucky to have on staff. Pictured below Town employee T.A. Pendleton, III guides the fountain back to the center of the pond.
