Holiday Decorating Contest in Shenandoah 2020

From the Shenandoah Town Council meeting on Tuesday November 10, 2020: Announced a Holiday Decorating Contest for all residents and businesses within the Shenandoah Town Limits. Prizes for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place. Prizes will be gift cards to the Town Business of your choice. 1^st will receive $75.00, 2^nd will receive $50.00, and 3^rd will receive $25.00.
