Today we spotted a gentleman selling his artwork at the intersection of First Street & Maryland Avenue in Shenandoah. By the time we got our vehicle turned around, he had sold almost half of them to one customer! James said when it’s cold and snowy outside, he likes to stay indoors at his apartment and paint. He said the GV on the paintings means Good Value. He said when he sells all of these paintings; he will be back in the future with more. You have to admit that James has some great artistic abilities!
