This picture of Red Sullivan was taken inside the Shenandoah Police Department when it was located in the house at 416 First Street along with the Town Hall Offices. He used to be the Police Dispatcher for the Shenandoah Police Department. Mr. Sullivan lived on Seventh Street in a two story white house next to Kygers Funeral Home. Mr. Sullivan also used to announce baseball games at Shenandoah Memorial Stadium for the Shenandoah Indians Baseball Team. Mr. Sullivan was a veteran of World War II, PTR1 (Painter 1ST Class Petty Officer). This picture was processed in May 1979. Mr Lowell Owen Sullivan passed away in 1983. His wife Florine Lucille Tappy Lankford passed away in 2006.
