The indoor batting cage on Long Avenue has always been a community project in our town. Just about everything you see in the building is a result of volunteer time and effort. Recently more volunteer efforts were put forth and our town made some investment into the building. Timmy and Becky Williams donated new carpet or the room and the town repainted the walls and installed a new concrete floor.
The batting cage is open 24 hours to the public. Cost is merely a donation in the donation box before you leave. Contact Town Hall at 652-8164 to obtain details about how you can gain access to the indoor batting cage room. Don't forget to turn the lights off when you leave!
