200 BICYCLISTS RACING - Saturday, July 28^th at“ 9 a.m. until about 12:30 p.m.  throughout Town streets and into County Streets, Shenandoah, VA “ Shenandoah Time Trial Bicycle Race. The race is at Stevens Cottage on Maryland Avenue, but the race actually begins on Shenandoah Avenue and winds through a few Town streets onto Fleeburg and then Naked Creek and Loop Roads, and then returns to Town. This is a Virginia Championship Race and will also include Wounded Warriors (Veterans). 200 bicycle racers have signed up for the event! Please use caution driving on the streets during this time period to ensure the safety of the cyclist and the public. 200 MOTORCYCLES - Saturday, July 28^th “ approximately 1 p.m. “ Shenandoah VFW “ About 200 Wounded Warriors (Veterans) will arrive in Town to attend an event at the Shenandoah VFW. These Veterans will arrive on motorcycles, make the couple hour stop in Shenandoah and then proceed on their journey to Virginia Beach. Again, please use caution driving on Town streets during this time period to ensure the safety of the motorcyclist and the public. Contact the Shenandoah VFW for more information at 540-652-8613.
