Neighborhood Kids enjoyed going over to Comers Service station to pump up their bike tires. While they were there they would grab some pop and chips and go out hang out by the old oil changing pit next to the air hose. Sometimes Roy Comer would be running the cash register, while other times it might have been Doe Good, Tim Williams or Bobby Comer.
After the service station closed, Page One operated out to this building before moving to their current location on Comer Lane in Shenandoah.
Letter Perfect then occupied this building after their business burned down on First Street. As of January 10, 2021, the building still remains unoccupied as Letter Perfect has relocated their business.
