To set up an online account, visit the Town’s website at www.townofshenandoah.com and follow the links on the left of the homepage.
To make a payment over the phone, call 1-877-885-7968.
For any questions or to get help setting up your account, please call 1-866-917-7368.
You can also call Town Hall at 652-8164 and select option #2. Your call will be forwarded to the payment system.
