Happy New Year from Shenandoah Newz! We would like to wish a very Happy New Year to all 1086 fans on Facebook and all of those that visit our website! As you know, Shenandoah Newz is a volunteer effort by local residents of Shenandoah, whose hobby is sharing news about the Town of Shenandoah and surrounding areas. We would like to thank Juanita, Christl & Cindy at the Shenandoah Town office and Joyce at the Computer center for sending us news worthy topics and community notices. Volunteers in our community certainly deserve a pat on the back for all they have done as do the businesses that help to support all the volunteer efforts. We would also like to thank our Facebook friends that keep our readers informed with news worthy events that they are aware of. Although we have a pretty good audience that read our Facebook and website, there are still right many folks that we speak with that have never heard of us.
