The Shenandoah VFW, Post 8613 Avis O. Comer held their 2nd annual Car, Truck and Motorcycle Show today and it was a huge success! The lot was filled with vehicles and motorcycles and people! They had great door prizes, Great turnout, Great weather, and great food. In fact, the food was so great that they couldn’t keep up with demand for hot dogs and hamburgers that they kept running out!
The event was put on by members of the Shenandoah VFW Post and lady’s auxiliary. Tommy Jenkins was the MC, and the cooks were Judson & Julie Sullivan and Zac Alger.
The show benefited the veterans and was in Memory of Dee and Donnie Good. They had a Chinese Auction, Food, Music, 50/50 drawing and door prizes. Registration was Fee- Donation Only. Registration was required to qualify for a chance to win large trophies for thee (3) vehicles and three (3) motorcycles and a chance to win $100.00 drawing for the registered vehicles. Free dash plaques were handed out to the first 25 registered vehicles.
