Those that attended the free movie (Happy Feet) on First Street Friday night are still talking about what a good time they had!
Everyone really enjoyed themselves as they drank Pepsi and ate freshly popped popcorn. The movie was shown in the grass lot
at the intersection of First Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.
Those that attended have the distinction of attending the first every free outdoor movie ever presented on First Street in Shenandoah!
The movie was put on by the Shenandoah Merchants Association (SMA) www.shopshenandoahva.com
The SMA has really been working hard lately. They sponsored the Christmas decoration Contest back in December, and recently held the
Shenandoah Yard sale June 18 at the Shenandoah Machine Shop, and brought us the Shenandoah Time Trials on July 27th.
Currently they are busy planning the Shenandoah Bluegrass Jamboree at the Shenandoah Moose Bottom.
