Shenandoah Valley R/C Speedway had their opening night in Shenandoah at 6:30pm Saturday July 25, 2026.
The portable R/C Speedway was set up in the Town of Shenandoah at 420 South Third Street in the parking lot beside the Shenandoah Community Library.
They had two racing tracks set up. One track was an oval with a ramp for the cars to jump into the air. The other track was set up for their special “Balloon Bash” where the RC cars try to pop each other’s balloons. “Slam and Bash each player, and try to burst their balloon, just don’t get yours busted.”
They provided their own power for their lights with a portable generator. Tonight, there was live Bluegrass music performed by The Morris Brothers.
They are a portable R/C Speedway are available for birthdays and special events.
