The first Cruiz In on First Street that we have pictures of coincided with the Nine Eleven Remembrance Ceremony on September 11, 2009. Since then Cruiz In on First Street became an annual fund raising event for the Shenandoah Heritage Center. These events are held once a month from spring to fall. The coordinator for these events is Nancy Karnes.
