The convoy departed Cooter’s in Luray on Saturday morning October 12, 2024. The procession of General Lees and classic cars arrived in Shenandoah around 10:30am.
They were escorted down Virginia Avenue by Shenandoah Volunteer Fire Company 70 “Attack 704.” Next was Catherine Bach (Daisy Duke) riding in the first General Lee. Bringing up the rear of the parade was Luray Fire Department Engine 12. The caravan made a left turn onto First Street, then a left onto Maryland Avenue and then another left onto Route 340 where they returned to Cooter’s in Luray.
