Coming into Shenandoah from Elkton, just beyond the sharp curve of Cheney Hollow, one will notice a lot of construction being taken place on Trenton Avenue.
As you turn right on to Trenton Avenue from Route 340 you will see that three new homes have just been built on the left-hand side of the road.
The house on the corner of Trenton Avenue and Route 340 is currently being remodeled.
From reading the Shenandoah Town Council Minutes, we have learned that more new homes are being considered to be built near Eleventh Street.
We have seen one new home has been completed on Pocahontas Avenue near Autumn Ridge Apartments, and it looks like land is being cleared for more homes on this same avenue.
