Gazebo has a New Home at Big Gem Park
We visited Big Gem Park on Thursday July 2, 2026 and saw where the gazebo has been moved and is now
located next to the Big Gem Pond. According to Shenandoah Town Manager Charlie Jenkins, a small gravel parking lot will soon be added next to the gazebo. Split Rail fencing will also be installed along the Big Gem access road.
It has been a well over a month since the gazabo dirt mound was taken down, and things are slowly getting back to normal in the park. There are still a few more improvements coming to the park and we will keep everyone updated as they happen.
