From the Shenandoah Town Council meeting minutes on September 22, 2020 we saw “Approved subdivision of lots request for Moccasin Investments, LLC located at Ninth Street and Pennsylvania Avenue identified by Tax Map numbers: 102A4-(1)-10-5, and 6.”
Mr. William Andrew Stepp used to live at 406 Eighth Street (Corner of Pennsylvania & Eighth Street) He held auctions in the old barn where he sold antiques. below are pictures of where he lived along with barn and lot that is to be subdivided.
