During the Town Council meeting that was held on February 13, 2018 Police Chief Davis informed Council the speed limit on route 340 from Williams Avenue to Edgewood Drive will be changed from 45 MPH to 35 MPH in the upcoming weeks. This area is about 3/10 of a mile long, and in the areas of T-Bowl, Rudy’s Diner, Forest Knoll Subdivision, Lily of the Valley Independent Church and entrance to Eppard Subdivision.
