Gazebo & Tables Donated to Park
When the park was just being developed, many groups, organizations, businesses and individuals donated either money or items to the park. The gazebo was donated by Wrangler in February 26, 2004. Sitting around the gazebo are four picnic tables that were donated to the park in 2004. Individuals donating the tables were Elizabeth Swallow, Donnie Campbell, Christ united Methodist Church and Shenandoah Pentecostal Holiness Church. Materials for the long bench were donated by Dean Home Center in Elkton and was constructed by Solomon Clark in 2005.
