The Shenandoah Merchants Association is holding their 2nd Annual Holiday decoration Contest. The contest is open to local residents/business with a 22849 zip code, including areas from Naked Creek down to Page County High School and include parts of Fleeburg & Rinaca’s corner.

The Shenandoah Merchants Association 1st Annual Holiday decoration Contest winners for 2010 are:
First place residential--Tabatha Lam--403 Fourth St.
2nd place residential--Melissa Clements--115 N. 2nd St.
Honorable mention--Nancy Karnes-333 Long Ave
First place Business--Village Auto Mart-Hwy 340 (the car was unique)
Second place Business--The Coffee Pot-500 First Street (the train was nostalgic)
Honorable mention--KGP Associates-420 First Street (the computers were great)

They had 23 houses and 9 businesses entered the Holiday decoration contest, with prizes totaling over $1300.00!
